She was predeceased by: her husband W. F. "Fred" Guilliams; and her parents, Ossie T. Clark and Velma Blount Clark. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Guilliams Williams (Charles), Kelly Guilliams (Melody), Lisa Guilliams Reynaud (Steve) and Dennis Guilliams (Cindy); her brother Calvin Clark (Millie); her grandchildren, Shannon (Don), Jason (Shauna), Meagon (Clint), Justin (Erin), Madison, Dennis, Jr. (Beth) and Paula (Nick); and her great grandchildren, Haylee, MaKayla, Izabel, Isaiah, Amyah and Cohen. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
