She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Bolton Akin and Eva Mae Jackson Akin; her sisters, Mary Leila Akin Schwack and Eva Clare Akin Noland; her children, Carolyn Young, Leila Young Morris (Dennis) of Keller, TX, Jonette Young Walker (Mike) of Hineston, LA and John Edward Young, Sr. (Peggy) of Stafford, VA; her grandchildren, Michelle Morris Sorenson, Kent Young Morris, Allison Morris Gregory, Grady M. Dean III, Carla Dean Breaud, Emily Dean, Jason Walker, Brian Walker, John E. Young, Jr., Jeffrey Young and Zachary Young; and her great grandchildren, Mandy Sorenson, James Sorenson, Jr., Paul Sorenson, Peter Sorenson, Grace Gregory, Ian Walker, Wesley Walker, Calvin Walker, Gabrielle Walker, Danielle Walker, Amelia Young, Grady M. Dean IV, Anna Dean, Carolyn Dean, Arianna Poisso, Jonathan Cloyd, Walker Boudreaux, Cullen Stephenson and Tobey Stephenson. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
