He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge James N. Lee and Martha Managan Lee; and his brother Stuart Rogers Lee. He is survived by: his children, Martha Ann Lee, Jane Jarrell Lee and Nelson M. Lee, Jr.; the mother of his children Ann Jarrell Lee; and his sister Adrienne Lee McKay.
