He was predeceased by: his parents, Clovis "Dick" Gill and Rena Key Gill; and his brother Jerry D. Gill. He is survived by: his wife Alice Hunter Gill; his children, Elizabeth Deshotel (Eddie) and David Gill (Julie); his grandchildren, Jaycee Gill, Zachary Gill and Margaret Deshotel; and his nephew Jeffrey Gill.
