He is survived by: his son Richard Cassell; his brothers, James Edwin Cassell of Lake Charles, LA, Jackie Cassell of Santa Barbara, CA and Daniel Cassell of Morning View, KY; and his children, Crystal Hicks (Gary Peart Jr) of Bentley, LA, Joshua Kerry of Alexandria, LA and Rose Kerry of Bentley, LA. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
