He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wilbur and Freda Creech Bell; and his brother Melvin Bell. He is survived by: his wife Betty Aulds Bell; his children, Troy Bell (Leann), John Bell (Shelly) and Barbara Bell Melton (Kevin); his grandchildren, Katie Meek (Doug) of Tyler Bell, J. R, Austin Bell, Jack Melton, Caroline Melton, Thomas Pollard and Taylor Pollard; and his great grandchild Gigi Louise Meek.
