He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Merideth Burnum; and his sister Tanya Gardner. He is survived by: his children, Taylor Cathey (Haley Hensarling) and Tori Perry (CJ Perry); his grandchildren, Cali, Cohen, McKenna, Addisyn and Aubrey; his friend Chris Hutchinson; and his cousin Dave Parker.
