He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Morgan Peel and Arlette Peel (Swanner). He is survived by : his children, Joe Peel (Melanie) and Sarah Beth Toms (Justin); his grandchildren, Anna Claire Peel, Aaron Peel, Selwyn Toms and Stella Toms; and his siblings, Debbie Willis (Shady) and Randy Peel (Zadie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Southern-Edmonds Funeral Home Chapel (228 Allen Ave, Jonesboro, LA 71251).
