She is survived by: her husband Jerry Berry; her children, Whitney Berry Forbis (Brad) and Jackie L. Berry; her siblings, Verlan Vickers Evans, Danny Vickers and Marvin Vickers; and her grandsons, Dayne Forbis and Layne Forbis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
