He was predeceased by : his parents, William B. Phillips, Sr. and Gertrude DeBona Phillips. He is survived by : his wife Beatrice Ribaudo Phillips; his children, Robbie Phillips (Gerrie), Rick Phillips (Amanda), Kristine Phillips Baum (Bryant) and Chuck Phillips (Roxanne); his grandchildren, Zack Phillips (Kim), Levi Phillips (Lydia), Sarah Dupre (Ashton), Blaine Phillips, Cullen Phillips, Rachel Baum, Grace Baum and Slade Baum; his great grandchild Raina Phillips; his sisters, Judy, Sally and Molly; and his cousin Sammy DeBona. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
