He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cathey Mobley; his children, Scott Mobley (Toni), Carol Mobley Laird and Matthew Mobley; his grandchildren, Hunter Mobley, Emily Mobley, Carley Broussard, Tanner Carlton and Christopher Laird; and his great grandchild Bailey. He is also survived by companion; and a host of nieces, nephews.
