He is survived by: his close friend Ruby Melancon; his daughters, Renee Habetz Patin (Michael Patin), Elizabeth Habetz Speyrer (David Speyrer) and Marisa Habetz Weber (Hans Weber); his grandchildren, Kyle Patin (Hannah Patin), Lance Patin, Joseph Speyrer (Melissa Speyrer), Taylor Castille, Thomas Castille (Sydney Castille), Matthew Speyrer (Olivia Speyrer), Victoria Fusilier (Blake Fusilier), Madeline Weber, Christian Weber and Carson Weber; and his siblings, Martha Pierret (Paul Pierret), Doris Carmouche (Henry Carmouche), Mildred Matte, Harold Habetz (Priscilla Habetz) and Milton Habetz. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
