He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lloyd Carrier, Edith Hillebert, Charles S. Carroll and Viola M. Carroll; his parents, Edward Lee Carroll and Ruth C. Neal; his stepfather Harold Neal; his siblings, Vernell Carroll Strate, Pierce, Charles, Wallace and Ardis Carroll; his brothers-in-law, Jerry White, Buddy Watson, Wendell Smith and Cleo Henry; and also Vinessa Capro Harrison.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McKneely Funeral Home (110 E Factory St, Amite City, LA 70422). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
