Vallence, Juanita V. Campbell (Bill), Edwina V. Ballard (Shelton), Edwin J. Vining, Jr. and Gloria V. Hood (Arthur); his siblings-in-law, Eugene Kenyon Owen, Earl Morgan, James Morgan and Freda Estelle Owen; and his great grandchild Carsyn Rae Bauerle.
He is survived by : his wife Carleen O. Vining; his sons, Mark D. Vining and Vaughn O. Vining (Celeste); his sister Virgie Vining Morgan; his grandchildren, Carlie White (Cody), Dillan Vining (Sadie), Casie Bauerle (Colby), Darian Vining (Joshua Hebert), Caitlyn Taylor (Levi) and Dane Vining; and his sisters-in-law, Grace P. Vining and Judy A. Owen. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
