He was predeceased by : his parents, Wayne Turnage Sr. of Ponchatoula and Betty Lorich of Bossier City; and his brother Wallace Evans (Goober) of Ponchatoula. He is survived by : his siblings, Wayne Turnage (Kin), Wayne Evans (Pee Wee), Frank Evans (Frankie), Richard Evans (Moochie), Kristopher Evans (George) and Valleri St (Sissy); his stepson Leighton Canal; and his aunt Rachel Purvis (Doug). He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
