We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2025, at the age of 71, Edwin L. Cooper of Amite, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Cassandra Marie Cooper; his parents, Byron Cooper and Edith Cooper; his wife Susan K Cooper; his children, Nikki and Jay; his children-in-law, Tabbie and Kyle; his grandchildren, Olivia Finley, Alexis Courville, Amelia Cobb, Jase Cooper and Corlea Cooper; and his great grandchild Ezralynn Courville.
As such, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to honor Edwin please do so by making a donation in his memory to The First Baptist Church of Arcola.
