He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Dan (Colette), Matt (Andree), Terri (Bo) and Adam (Kelly); his grandchildren, Dusty (Jessi), Lane (Bailey), Ty, Allee, Jessie (Andre), Shelby, Thomas, Lance, Abby and Dane; and his great grandchildren, Elena and Ellis Ann.
