She is survived by: her daughters, Andree Bordeaux-Headings (Tim Headings) and Christina Sanders Mayeux; her grandchildren, Connor Mayeux, Caitlyn Sanders, Kaylie Headings and Zachary Headings; and her sister Judy Blackburn Gurley (Roy Gurley).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made by offering a Mass for Janet or by donating to any Catholic charity or by donating to a local Humane Society or animal shelter.
