He is survived by: his wife Genie Wicker Cupit; his stepmother Mary Cupit; his sons, John E. Cupit IV (Beth) and Frank Cupit (Terry); his grandchildren, Felicia Cupit Flotte (Jeremy), Joshua Cupit (Diana), Sarah Cupit Vince (Tony), Kayla Burnett Langley (Michael), Dean Burnett (Kathy), Tristian Burnett (Brea), Noah Burnett (Riley), Gabriel, Aaron Burnett, Nikki Cupit (Blake) and John Ellis Cupit V (Megan); his great grandchildren, Christopher Holmes (Ryleigh), Cameron Holmes, Ethan Cupit, Gage McGraw, Conlee Flotte, Cort McGraw, Bronson Bennett, Emberlynn Faith, Lane Langley and Minor Wayne Burnett; his great great grandchildren, Levi, Layton and Scarlett Holmes; Jeff Burnett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
