We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2025, at the age of 93, Julius Gill of Amite, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Gill, Sr. and Nora Gill; and his siblings, Jimmie Gill, Jack Gill, Jr. and Evelyn Sue Gill.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Gill; his son Bennie Gill; his siblings, Marie Childress and Jerry Gill; his grandchildren, Jennifer Laneri, Lacey Kararick, Kristi Clardy (Travis), Brady Gill (Victoria), Richie Marcum and Alex Marcum; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Kararick, Isabella Kararick, Gabriel Laneri, Cygnus Rutledge, Bryton Clardy, Brantley Clardy and Rowan Gill.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McKneely Funeral Home - Amite (110 E Factory St, Amite City, LA 70422). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
