She was predeceased by: her parents, Murphy Holden, Sr. and Madeline Virgina Birch; her son Sidney Sanders Polezcek, III; and her siblings, Melanie Holden, John Davis Birch, Jr. and Mike Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Polezcek and Ronnie Polezcek (Sabrina); her grandchildren, Jamie, Ronnie Jr., Kerri, Dakota, Sidney and Virgil; her great grandchildren, Jazmyne, Sydnee, Alayna, Bowen of Lexie, K. W., Kayden, Lane, Ryleigh and Jaxson; and her siblings, Murphy Holden, Jr., Mark Shannon Holden, Charles Wayne Passman and Mary Crain. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
