He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine McKenna; his wife Betty McKenna; and his sister Susie Green (Doug). He is survived by: his children, Philip E. McKenna, Jr. (Patti), Duane McKenna (Tracey), Travis McKenna (Martha) and Chris McKenna (Alice); his grandchildren, Brandon (Trisha), Tori (Daniel), Mason, Mitchell (Maggy), Mattie, Casey, Cassie (Dillon), Caleb, Justin, Daniel (Brittany) and Devin (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Austin, Lexi, Cole, Tristan, Weston, Jackson, Greyson, Savannah, Grace, Hadley and Harper; and his brother Mike McKenna (Barbara).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lighthouse Baptist Church (30997 Horseshoe Rd, Independence, LA 70443). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
