He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Constantine and Mary Lou Beaugh Constantine; his sons, Keith M. Constantine and Ray K. Constantine, Jr.; his siblings, Shirley Ledet, Maggie Richards, Bob Constantine, Charlie Constantine and Johnny Constantine; and his brother-in-law David Hopkins.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda S. Constantine; his daughter Brittany Constantine Jones (Skylar Jones); his siblings, Rena Nevels, Lee Bergeron, Ella Ryan and Russell Constantine; and his sister-in-law Gwen Hopkins. He is also survived by numerous fur grandchildren as well as a plethora of nieces and nephews.
