He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Wanda Recile (Anthony), Sharon Lee (Ricky), Gracie Colona (Mark), Pam Hamilton (David) and Bobby Elie; his grandchildren, Dan Lee (Robin), Clint Lee, Mark Colona, Jr. (Amber), Mindy Rivers (Ryan Sr.), Megan Colona, Kassie Newell David Hamilton, Jr. (Sam), Ellie Hamilton, Rob Hamilton and Kristy Preston (Bryce); his great grandchildren, Kelsey Varisco (Rudy), Kaylin Armstrong (Tanner), Kade Lee, Luke Colona (Kai Lynne), Lexie Colona, Pete Trapen, Ryan Rivers Jr., Layne Rivers, Noah Rivers, Lilleigh Newell, Banks Hamilton, Lake Hamilton, Dawson Colona, Kowen Colona, Grason Foy, Presley Preston, Tucker Preston and Tycer Preston; his great great grandchildren, Easton Colona and Daniel Varisco; and his sister Betty Sturgis (Buddy).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the McKneely Funeral Home (110 E Factory St, Amite City, LA 70422). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
