He is survived by : his siblings, Larry Perez (Annie), Amelia Toten and Anna Castella; his stepdaughter Richelle Corkern Hoover (Michael); his stepgrandchildren, Stephenie Reid (Gabriel), Lane Hoover, John Hoover, Brianna Folse (Austin), Thomas Corkern, Dakota Corkern and Leighann Corkern; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ellie Mae Reid and Leon Folse. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
