He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Alfonso (Nayko) and Pauline Alfonso; and his wife Carolyn Alfonso. He is survived by: his children, Desiree Schellinger (Robert) and Derek Alfonso; his grandchildren, Aidan Schellinger, Chloe Schellinger and Mason Schellinger; and his siblings, Glenn Alfonso (Debbie), Cornell Alfonso, Dianne Alfonso, Carmelita Abreu, Cynthia Giroir (Scott) and Darnell Alfonso Sondes.
