He was predeceased by: his parents, Martina E. Watson Hall and L. J. Hall, Jr.; and his brother Leland Wallace Hall. He is survived by: his wife Barbara B. Hall; his sons, William Joe Hall (Christina) and David W. Hall; his granddaughter Brittany Hall Moore (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Jon Paul Moore and Collins O'Bryan Moore; and his daughter-in-law Lori B. Hall.
