She was predeceased by: her husbands, Alfred McKinley "Johnny" Martin and Homer Moore; her son Eddie Martin; her parents, Huey Adolf Bond and Arlie Brister Bond; and her siblings, A. L. Bond, Edwin Bond, Marlene Buxton and Virginia Carroll.
She is survived by: her daughter Shirley Martin Rachal (Richard) of Leesville, LA; her grandchildren, Mollie Martin of Samuel Martin, J. R, Lucas Dowden, Cade Dowden (Marlee), Jesse Rachal (Mason) and Jenna Rachal; her great grandchildren, Denver Dowden, Weston Dowden, McKinley Dowden, Brandon Rachal, Justin Rachal, Ashley Rachal and Henry Dyer; and her sisters, Sharon Walters of Livingston, TX and Nona Hildreth (Larry) of Texas.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Good Hope Baptist Church (774 Good Hope Rd, Anacoco, LA 71403). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
