He is survived by: his wife Patsy Faye Eubanks of Anacoco; his children, Bobby Ray Eubanks of Anacoco and Shawna Alice Kay (Bryan) of Vidor, TX; his grandsons, Michael Douglas Kay (Desiree) and Tyler Austin Kay (Sydney); his great grandchildren, Kaleb Graham Kay, Katherine Lane Kay and Sebastian Morgan Jessiah Kay; and his siblings, Jimmy Eubanks (Barbara) of Houston, TX, James Eubanks (Anna) of Leesville, Shirley Welch (James) of Leesville and Shelia Fair (Fred) of Leesville.
