As we bid adieu to Mattox's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Mattox has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leavy Lewis and Myrtle Martin Mattox. She is survived by: her husband Donald Raymond Krebs; her children, Michael Iler and Victoria Allen; her stepchildren, Michael Krebs and Libby Krebs of Louisville, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Devon Iler, Kyle Iler, Andrea Krebs and Julia Tross.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Et Crystal Springs Baptist Church (4341 LA-111, Anacoco, LA 71403). A graveside service was held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
