He is survived by: his wife Patsy Jean Slade Harris; his children, Dewaine Ralph Harris, Jr. (Tara) of Cutoff, LA and Rashann Deandra Harris of Angie; his granddaughter Holly Kristina Harris Merchant (Anthony) of Metairie, LA; his stepgrandsons, Ben Holbert (Hannah) of Cutoff and Brock Holbert of California; his great grandchild Monroe of Metairie; his stepgreat-grandson Additionally; and his sister-in-law Barbara Harris Adams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
