He is survived by: his wife Mary Smith; his mother Angela Smith (Buddy); his grandparents, Hershel, Clydell Morris, Maw and Walter Warren "Pop"; his aunts, Christina Ponthieux and Michelle "Beav" Smith; his cousins, Patrick Smith and Jennifer Ponthieux; his parents-in-law, Carrie and Randy Lott; his sisters-in-law, Destiny Cooksey (Josh) and Autumn Lott (Wilson); and his sibling's children, Hazel Lott, Maggie Lott, Trinity Cooksey and Timothy Cooksey.
