She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Chandler and Sadie Shaffer Chandler; and her siblings, Donald Chandler, Randy Chandler and Patsy Strickland.
She is survived by: her husband J. D. "Sonny" Cullins; her children, Patrick Christopher Cullins of Ruston, LA and Melissa Moore (Jeff) of Fort Worth, TX; and her siblings, Peggy Hughes (James) of Taylor, LA and Larry Chandler (Debbie) of Tonganoxie, KS. She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
