He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Borel Debnam; and his grandfather Perry Borel. He is survived by: his wife Annie Debnam; his daughter Bradlie Lynn Debnam; his father Bradley Debnam; his siblings, Brandon Debnam, Brandy Perdikis (Mel) and Kelly Debnam; his grandmother Sylvia Borel; his aunts and uncles, Gail Brasseaux (David), Barbara Belaire (Lennard), Susie Mouton, Sharon Schexnaider (Ricky), Dean Borel (Kathy), Frank Borel and Eddie Borel; his parents-in-law, Glenn and Patsy Savoy; and his brother-in-law Chad Savoy.
