It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen A. LaGrange of Arnaudville, Louisiana, born in Leonville, Louisiana, who passed away on May 24, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Daniel LaGrange, Jr.; her son Carey LaGrange; her parents, Amelica Arnaud and Edolia Marks; and her sisters, Eunice LaGrange, Lydia Devillier, Lela Mae Arnaud, Hazel Lanclos, Rita Methvein and Rena Savoie.

She is survived by : her children, Michael LaGrange (Tammy Guidry) of Carencro, David LaGrange (Cassandra) of Lafayette, Mark LaGrange of Arnaudville and Melissa Bertrand (Robert) of Carencro; her grandchildren, Megan L. Guidry (Braden), Scott D. LaGrange (Hannah), Christopher M. LaGrange (Ashley Smith), Angela M. LaGrange (Nick Hisaw), Kadey L. Mazzagate (Aubrey) and Eric B. LaGrange; and her great grandchildren, Addison, Brantley, Cooper, Demi, Rori, Hailee, Ellie, Wyatt, Gavin, Rylee, Madelynn and Colton.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Melancon Funeral Home (224 Main St, Arnaudville, LA 70512). A rosary was held on Monday, May 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, May 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Francis Regis Catholic Church (232 Main St, Arnaudville, LA 70512).
