He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Marks, Sr. and Sable Landry; and his siblings, Joseph Saul Marks, Jr., Kenneth "Blu" Marks and Judy Burleigh (Bobby).
He is survived by: the mother of his children Darcus Saucier; his sons, Josh Marks (Kimberly) of Port Barre, Toby Marks (Kassi) of Garland, TX and Randy Marks (Rachelle) of Arnaudville; and his grandchildren, Agustine Marks, Lucy Marks, Anthony Marks, Jace "Hammer" Marks, Madison Katchner, Landon Kartchner, Alexis "Sweetheart" Marks, Madison "Pattie" Marks and Gracie "Shortstop" Marks.
