With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lena Richard of Arnaudville, Louisiana, born in Cecilia, Louisiana, who passed away on May 28, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Richard; her daughter Stacey Richard; her parents, Frank Guidry, Sr. and Ella Montet; her grandson Blaine; her great grandchild Gracie; and her siblings, Leland Guidry, Sr., Jerry Guidry, Ronald Guidry, Billy Guidry and Joyce Guidry.
She is survived by: her sons, Jason Richard (Chanten) of Arnaudville and Ryan Richard (Jaci) of Port Barre; her grandchildren, Jacob, Austin, Breckyn, Abeé, Anna, Alaya, Pyper, Ashton, Hunter, Kaylin and Dylan; her great grandchildren, Stacey, Nolan, Khylin, Kruz, Keller, Emma, Arthur, Amelia, Olivia, Braxton, Caroline, Carson, Chloe, Dalton and Lian; and her siblings, Frank Guidry, Jr., Russell Guidry, Maurice Guidry, Chester Guidry, Francis Guidry, Lucy LeBlanc, Kathy Meche, Aileen Broussard and Sylvia Guidry.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (224 Main St, Arnaudville, LA 70512). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
