She was predeceased by: her husband Gaston Blanchard; her parents, Exelie Tauzin and Isabelle Melancon Tauzin; and her siblings, Thelma Gautreaux, Norma Guillory, Patrick and Henry Tauzin.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl LeBlanc (Jimmy), Wayne Blanchard (Gina), Eddy Blanchard (Stephanie), Clyde Blanchard (Angie) and Craig Blanchard (Dana); her grandchildren, Chad LeBlanc (Shannon), Amy Landry (Scott), Megan LeBlanc, Nicholas Blanchard (Brennan), Alex Blanchard, Jordy Blanchard (Blaire), Julian Blanchard (Calli), Noelle Breaux (Seth), Joshua Blanchard (Falon), Andre Blanchard, Patrick McKinney, Carson Blanchard (Mackenzie), Mary Blanchard and Carmeron Blanchard; her great grandchildren, Jade, Alyssa, Lane, Cole, Noah, Lyla, Bailey, Liam, Griffin, Aubrey, Jace, Brant, Amelie, Everly, Ivy, Violet and Jude; and her great great grandchild Hudson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (224 Main St, Arnaudville, LA 70512). A rosary will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the St. Francis Regis Catholic Church (232 Main St, Arnaudville, LA 70512).
