With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kennith Cardwell of Athens, Louisiana, born in Arcadia, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 28, 2026 at the age of 76. Though Kennith may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kennith touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his mother Billie Sue Lenard Cardwell (Carol Kenneth "Buck" Cardwell); and his siblings, Wade Cardwell and Susie. He is survived by: his sister Teresa Ferguson (Keith). He is also survived by cousins, two nephews and one niece, and a slew of grand nieces and nephews.
