Banta; her daughters, Kelly Kofton (Larry), Lacie Bonaventure (Jonathan) and Carrie Mix (Bryan); and her grandchildren, Sydni Kofton, Bryce Kofton, Ethan Bonaventure, Garrett Mix and Ty Mix. She is also survived by sister.
