She was predeceased by: her father George Gardner; her husband Claude Joseph Hebert Jr.; her mother Christena Webb Gardner; her daughter Susan Rene Jennings; and her brother David Gardner.
She is survived by: her daughter Michele Hebert; her grandchildren, Cody Sholmire, Chase Sholmire, Justin Sholmire, Alyssa St, Pierre, Cason Schexsnayder, Victoria Schexsnayder, Destiny Sanchez and Julian Hebert Jennings; and her siblings, Robert Christopher Gardner and Robin Sue Butcher. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
