He is survived by : his sons, Devin Smith (Glenda), Derek Smith (Brittany) and Dylan Smith (Taylor); his grandchildren, Ethan Smith, Eric Smith, Derek Bentley, Sophia Smith, Bowen Smith and Slade Smith; his father Daniel Smith, Sr. (Karen); and his siblings, Dwayne Smith (Kelly), Samantha Reynolds (Neal), Stephanie Oakes (Chris) and Madison Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
