He is survived by : his wife Barbara Millet Girlinghouse; his children, Mona Foster, Jerry Girlinghouse, Jr., Susan Allsup (Tom) and Toni Cunningham (Steve); his grandchildren, Roger, Kristy, Jerry, Justin, Chris, Logan, Joshua, Rylie and Kinsey; and his sister Kattye Castille (Larry). He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
