She was predeceased by: her mother Estelle Thornton; her husband Butch Gautreau; her father Elgen Thornton, Sr.; her son Mark Adam Teekel; and her siblings, Elgen Thornton Jr. and Marie Rayburn.
She is survived by: her sons, Alton Teekel, Jr. (Terry), Danny Teekel (Pam) and Shane Teekel (Georgette); her grandchildren, Dustin, Alton III, Brandon, Shane Lee, Tyler, Ryan, Allison, Joshua and Matthew Teekel; her great grandchildren, Braxton Teekel, Dani Achee and Oliver Sexton; and her siblings, Billy Wayne Thornton and Vivian Cavalier. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
