He was predeceased by: his parents, Berlie Lloyd Humphries and Lou Vicey Brooks Humphries; and his sons, Johnny and Jimmy Humphries. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jane Humphries; his sons, Lloyd Bernard Humphries, Jr. and Vernon David Humphries (Linda); and his stepdaughter Susan Edwards (Tony). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Baker Funeral Home (6401 Groom Rd, Baker, LA 70714). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens (6213 Groom Rd, Baker, LA 70714).
