He is survived by : his wife Jeanne Gofourth Chubb; his children, Tamara Baldwin (Richard) and Michael Chubb (Karrie); his grandchildren, Kristen (Dave), Joshua, Steven (Carleigh), Nicholas and Elizabeth; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Liam and Harper Kate; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Chubb, Sue Alsman (Brad) and Jane Gofourth. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
