He was predeceased by: his sister Odessa. He is survived by: his siblings, Louis Sam (L. S.), Bernice, William, Ruth, Johnnie Lee, Isola, Mary, Christine, Betty and Willie Jean; his daughter Tameka Stafford; his wife Joyce Haynes; his daughter Nolenda; and his sisters, Georgia Stone of California and Masie Kelley of Arizona. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
