She was predeceased by: her husband James Robert "Jim Bob" Hogan; her parents, Tony Hasting Kimble and Margaret Mae Ryland Kimble; her children, Sedgie Frank "Fuzzy" Melancon, Jr. and Kellye Jo Melancon Hutchinson; and her siblings, Tony Lynn Kimble and Myrtle Ann "Punkin" Pate.
She is survived by: her son Chance Melancon (Kammy); her grandchildren, Ashlye Hutchinson Gross (Brandon), Kelsey Hutchinson Brown (Oliver) and Madyson Morris; and her great grandchildren, Alexis Delhommer, Locke Brown and Kolson Brown.
