He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Abshire Frederick; his children, Joseph Mitchell Frederick (Lynn), Mark Daniel Frederick (Marci) and Rebecca Ann Frederick; his grandchildren, Heather Frederick, Matthew Frederick, Andrew Perez, Harold Perez, Todd Perez, Danielle Stanley and Matthew King; his great grandchildren, Kyle Frederick, Lily Frederick, Abigail Bourgoyne and Annalise Bourgoyne; his grandchildren, Dixie Stafford, Skip Stafford, Todd Aaron Perez and Aidan Perez; and his sisters, Ella Dean Hebert and JoAnn Noel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
