She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodule Hebert and Dora Hebert; her husband Donald Edgens; her siblings, Beatrice Schexnayder, Gladys DuPont, Joseph Clifton "J. C." Sr., William and Theodule Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Kinsley Edgens.
She is survived by: her sister Jane Morain Kinchen; her children, Pamela Vicknair (Rusty), Daryl (Robin) and Gerry; and her grandchildren, Lon Vicknair, Meredith Thigpen, Keegan Larisey, Tabitha Edgens, Samantha Murray, Tyler Edgens, Tara Kaviratna, Hunter Edgens and Heather Edgens. She is also survived by 27 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to make a donation in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - an organization held very near and dear to her heart.
